Andrew Hoffman has been an Account Supervisor at Michael Smith Business Development since 2006 and has over 5 years experience in marketing and PR.

Andrew is a tactician who works directly with clients to execute effective and direct marketing strategies. Leveraging messaging and creative that fully captures the core value offering of clients, Andrew is able to communicate this value through his relationship with key industry analysts, journalists and investor groups. Andrew has worked with a range of clients in the technology, marketing, advertising and law enforcement industries, with his client roster including: Craig Newmark, BlueStreak Connect, Sands Research, Vangard Voice Systems, Evoca and Dreambuilder Investments among others.

Prior to working at MSBD, Andrew was a Senior Account Executive at Euro RSCG’s Washington, DC office reporting to Mike. During this time, Andrew managed national and multinational PR campaigns for clients in the company’s Government IT and Security practice. One of Andrew’s greatest accomplishments while working at Euro RSCG was managing media relations for a private security contractor, which oversaw security for the commercial and civilian sector of the Baghdad International Airport (BIAP).

Andrew has a BA in sociology and psychology from Guilford College in North Carolina and will be taking a leave-of-absence in the fall of 2008 to pursue a full-time MBA at NYU’s Stern School of Business.
